Paul began working in the live production arena 30 years ago. His first shift lasted 22 hours and he couldn’t wait to get back into it the next day. Since then, he has progressed through the ranks from tech, to TD, to technically managing one of the largest venues in the country. He has showcased the worlds leading corporate, musical & sporting entities to Australia. Paul now brings all of that experience back into doing what he loves the most – end to end project management.

At 15 years old, Paul walked into his local theatre company, up to the head technician and asked for a job stating, “I would like to work here, for free if I have to, and I want to do the lighting…”. Some 20 years later that passion still burns bright. Paul has toured the globe with Australia’s leading theatre companies, producers and choreographers continually bringing his unique theatricality to every design. His dedication to memorable, high impact performance lighting is complimented by a comprehensive knowledge encompassing all areas of presentation, production and design.

Young Hun (aka Steve) has a seriously strong knowledge base and over 15 years hands-on experience in Audio, Vision, Lighting and pretty much every other production technology. But that’s not all… he has Certs in Event Management, Rigging, First Aid, Training and assessment, as well as a Bachelor of Communications! While his list of credentials is impressive, his point of difference as a Senior Technician, is that willingness to take responsibility for the success of every project he's involved in.

Seamus is an extremely experienced event professional with an elemental customer centric attitude and purposeful commitment to every project large or small. His specialised technical expertise combined with true customer service places him at the top of the list of most sought after and well-respected operators in the industry.

Born into a Live Broadcast family, with an education and degree in Information Technology, Adrian has gained a true understanding, across numerous disciplines, of how things work technically. He is now a live events expert, dedicated to the clients vision and seamless delivery. With a steadfast work ethic and that extremely hard to find "coolness" in high-pressure, mission critical environments, he is the guy you want on your team.

Gregor has that perfect balance between his left brain and right brain. He is one of the most technical, linear and logical people in the game, while at the same time being able to focus on design and creativity and how something will feel to an audience. Storytelling through the ‘How’ and the ‘Why’ is what separates him from the rest.

With over 20 years experience as one of Australia’s most prolific storyboard artists for film and television - Tam knows how to craft powerful visual experiences. He is an accomplished film Director, Cinematographer and composer with the broadest range of skills across many software packages and image capture devices. A true collaborator - Tam’s strength lies in his ability to translate client words, scribbles & dreams into professional dynamic designs.
